When you see what Google just gifted us with...

Hi Reader,

Happy Halloween! 🎃

This week’s updates really hit a sweet spot between creativity and productivity, and I’ve been testing a lot of them behind the scenes. Claude memory is now available to everyone, Canva just launched their new “Creative Operating System,” and OpenAI quietly added company-level knowledge to ChatGPT, which is a big deal for teams managing internal data. Let me just throw in a little let's do a happy dance emoji for that one. 💃

But what really caught my attention is Google’s new Vibe Coding tool inside AI Studio. It lets you describe how you want your app to work — in plain language — and it builds the logic and API connections for you. It’s the kind of tool that opens doors for non-developers and speeds things up for pros. Definitely worth checking out if you’ve been thinking about building something but didn’t want to touch code.

Also in the mix: Microsoft Copilot is getting smarter across Teams and Edge, OpenAI’s music model is in the works, and LinkedIn’s new AI training policy means it’s time to double-check your data settings.

Microsoft Introduces Teams Mode for Copilot
Copilot can now join Teams meetings, summarize discussions, track decisions, and assign follow-ups — all in real time.

Microsoft Adds Copilot Mode to Edge
Edge’s new Copilot Mode turns the browser into a built-in AI workspace. It can summarize pages, draft posts, and rewrite content right inside your tab.

Microsoft Tests “Real Talk” Mode for Copilot

LinkedIn Expands AI Data Training — Opt Out Before Nov. 3
LinkedIn will start using public profile data, posts, and engagement metrics from users in the EU, UK, Canada, and Hong Kong for AI training and ad targeting. To stop this, disable “data sharing for AI improvement” in your settings.

Prompt of the Week

This ChatGPT Agent acts as your AI Executive Assistant, checking your Google Calendar, Google Drive, and Gmail each morning at 6:00 AM. It compiles everything you need for the day into a single morning briefing — including your meetings, and important emails.

Setup Instructions

Step 1: Connect Your Google Services

In ChatGPT, go to Settings → Connect Apps.
(No need to click your name — you were right, it’s just in Settings.)

Toggle ON these connectors and sign in:

  • Gmail
  • Google Calendar
  • Google Drive

Once connected, ChatGPT Agent Mode will be able to read data from those services.

Step 2: Open Agent Mode

Start a new chat in ChatGPT.

In the top-right of the chat window, toggle Agent Mode ON (the little switch icon that says “Agent”).

You’ll see a short message confirming that ChatGPT can now use your connected apps.

Step 3: Use This Prompt

Now that Agent Mode is active, paste this prompt directly into the chat and hit Enter:

Gmail - Summarize unread or starred emails connected to today’s meetings. - For each, include sender, subject, and a short one-line summary. - Link to open the message in Gmail. 4. Format - Begin with: “Good morning! Here’s your daily briefing for [Day, Date].” - Organize into sections: - 🗓️ Today’s Schedule - 📂 Key Documents - ✉️ Important Emails - End with an encouraging line like “You’ve got this!” or “Wishing you a productive day!” 5.
