Google Just Leveled Up Gemini in a BIG Way
Published 29 days ago • 5 min read
Hi Reader,
This week’s AI news is packed with serious upgrades—designed to help you move faster, learn better, and create with less friction. Google rolled out major improvements to its Gemini tools, including audio uploads, expanded language support, and clearer usage tiers (I posted a quick reel to walk you through it). Claude can now generate polished reports, spreadsheets, and presentations from scratch. NotebookLM added flashcards and a tutoring mode. And ChatGPT’s new branching feature makes it easier to test ideas without starting over.
NotebookLM now auto-generates flashcards and quizzes, offers 4 audio overview styles, and includes new report formats (like blog posts). A new Learning Guide mode turns chats into step-by-step tutoring.
Claude just became a full work partner—you can now ask it to create or edit real Excel sheets, PowerPoint decks, PDFs, and documents. You describe what you need, and it builds polished, usable assets like:
Dashboards with formulas
Meeting notes turned into formatted slidesFinancial models or detailed reports This is in preview for Max, Team, and Enterprise, with Pro coming soon. Toggle it on under Settings > Features > Experimental.
Claude now has automatic memory for Team and Enterprise plans. Instead of manually asking it to recall details, Claude will automatically remember project context, preferences, and priorities across chats. You can view, edit, or turn off memory in settings. This makes long-term projects smoother and more consistent without extra effort.
Test out prompts or strategies without touching the original
Compare versions side by side to refine content or ideas. Just click the 3 dots next to the thumbs-down to branch a chat. It’s an easy way to experiment while staying organized.
↩️ Don’t miss out: Did you miss our last newsletter? We covered ChatGPT Projects—they now let you group chats by topic, set response rules, and upload files. Free-tier users can try it with up to 5 files, while ChatGPT Plus gets 25 and ChatGPT Pro gets 40. Check it here!

Prompt of the Week
Article Fact Checker
Prompt:
I want you to fact check the article below in full. Leave no stone unturned. To do so, first, look at the text of the article and parse out each individual fact — after this, you should have a list of facts. Then, for each fact, do comprehensive research and use web search to determine whether it is true, false, or unclear. Aim for at least three independent, high quality and trustworthy sources for each fact.
Then, once you've done this for *every* fact, return a table with each fact and its corresponding results (including sources for each check).

The ZenithMind Blueprint
I’ve been deep in my own work lately (and on an incredible vacation!), but I came across something from Rich Schefren that felt worth sharing with you.
You probably know his name — he’s been behind the scenes guiding some of the biggest names in online business for decades. Every now and then, he surfaces with something that really shifts how people think about business and productivity.
This time, he’s created what he calls his biggest breakthrough yet — a self-paced, AI-powered system he calls The Blueprint. It’s designed to help you remove your biggest success blockers in just a few minutes a day. I would definitely file this under the “self improvement”.
I haven’t seen anything quite like it, and knowing how deeply Rich thinks about this stuff, I thought it might be worth passing along.
I run my entire business on Kajabi because it’s incredibly easy to use. Right now, they’re offering a huge sale but here’s the catch: this special deal is only available through a Kajabi partner. You won’t find it on their website. When you sign up through my affiliate link, my team and I will take care of the setup for you, so you can start running your business on Kajabi without any hassle. Check it out!
This offer is for new Kajabi users only and expires September 12 at 11:59 PM PST. After your 3-month trial, your plan auto-renews—but you can cancel anytime.

Hi Reader, This week’s AI updates pack a serious punch. I got hands-on with the new Sora app and—no exaggeration—it blew my mind. The video generation is fast, easy, and pretty stunning. Here’s the video I shared to show what it can do → Also, if you’ve been sleeping on NotebookLM, now’s the time to dig in. It just got even smarter with custom conversational styles and better audio/video overviews, and I put together a quick tutorial to walk you through it. Whether you’re creating content or...
Hi Reader, What a week! Straight on the heels of speaking about AI to a group of VAs at a conference in Spartanburg, SC, my “Front Row Advisory Board” is joining me on Sullivan’s Island this weekend to build some amazing AI automations and integrations. (While we were waiting for the couple of people who were still on their way, we had to rush out to see the sunset over the marsh!) This week’s AI news shows just how fast the major players are closing the gap between content creation, task...
Hi Reader, Last week after my routine mammogram, I received a notification in my MyChart app that the results were abnormal. (I had my follow up imaging today, and all is fine, thank goodness.) But I’m sharing this here, in this weekly AI newsletter, because it was AI that saved my sanity during the very long 7 days I had to wait for my new tests. First of all, the minute I got the results, which were written in medical speak, I didn’t understand a word of it. I copied and pasted it into...
